What is included in the ABS pier pad line?

What sizes do the ABS pier pads come in?

Square pads come in two sizes: 16″ × 16″ and 24″ × 24″. Oval pads come in six sizes. See the Square Pads and Oval Pads pages for the full size and load tables.

Can the pads be used with both steel piers and concrete block?

It depends on the pad. Square pads work with steel piers and concrete block. Oval pads are designed for concrete block piers. See each product page for compatibility.

What is a multi-pier pad configuration?

A multi-pier configuration spreads load across more support points for increased load distribution. It is compatible with standard concrete block systems.

What are cap boards used for?

Wood cap boards sit at the pier-to-beam contact point and provide a stable, even bearing surface across the structural beam.

What do the wedges do?

Drive wedges are used between the pier cap and the beam to fine-tune elevation and maintain a level installation.
