New Product Returns

We will happily accept returns of unused/ undamaged material within the first 30 days of receipt. Please note the following guidelines.

  • All returns must have Return Authorization # issued by Oliver Technologies Inc.
  • Product must be Packaged comparable to original packaging.
  • All parts associated with original product purchase must be included. Any shortages of kit components will result in partial credit
  • Customers will be refunded the price of the product only.
  • Products are subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • Oliver Technologies is not responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Customers are responsible for lost/ stolen return shipments.

Missing and Damaged Product

Any missing or damaged product must be reported to the sales rep within 5 days of receipt. All reports will be investigated and product replacement or credit will be issued.

Warranty Returns

Many of our products carry a manufacturer’s warranty concerning defects. These will all need to be handled as a one-off basis.

  • All returns must have Return Authorization # issued by Oliver Technologies Inc..
  • All parts associated with original product purchase must be included. Any shortages of kit components will result in partial credit.
  • Oliver Technologies is not responsible for return shipping costs
  • Upon arrival, the part(s) in questions will be examined and credit for the product will be issued in accordance with the manufacturer warranty.
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Customers are responsible for lost/ stolen return shipments.
