About Oliver Technologies

Oliver Technologies was founded in December 1995 by James and Evon Oliver in Hohenwald, Tennessee. Before establishing OTI, the Olivers spent over 15 years developing and manufacturing foundation products for the manufactured housing industry in California and Arizona.
Today, OTI designs, manufactures, and sells foundation products directly to dealers, installers, and distributors across the continental United States. Manufacturing is done in-house in Hohenwald, covering injection molding, metal stamping, steel fabrication, and welding. Our product line grows as the needs of the installation industry change.
