Oliver’s ASFS series includes engineered all-steel foundation systems for specified manufactured-home applications. Selected models can provide lateral and longitudinal stability across HUD Wind Zones I–III when installed according to RAD-1371 and current Oliver installation instructions. Available for dirt and concrete installations, with or without pier support.

The ASFS 1100 series delivers integrated pier support for listed foundation applications. Choose the IV model for dirt installations using a ground pan, or the ICV model for specified concrete footing and slab applications.
