Our Standard step is available in 24", 32", and 40" height models for cost-conscious customers who need a simple or temporary solution for accessing their home. Standard steps have a tread depth of 9.25", open step risers, and are 40" wide. Our Standard steps have two handrail options. (Sold Separately)
Once installed, Standard and Premium Steps can easily be enclosed with vinyl skirting or custom materials (not included) to match the home.
Note: Oliver Technologies' Premium Steps is a prefabricated solution engineered, designed, and independently tested by a third-party DAPIA to exceed performance requirements set by the 2018 International Residential Code. They should not be held to the same standard as an independent site-built step or deck. Additional engineered documentation is available where required.
